As dictated by a bylaw revision in 2016, no more than 40% of the members may be parents of current students. The board members are nominated and elected by the current board and serve a 3 year term, renewable once. One faculty member serves as a non-voting member, and one parent member is elected by the parents. Employees or spouses of employees of the WWCS are ineligible to serve on the board. If you are interested in serving on the board or you would like to nominate a board member please contact the current board chair listed at the top right column of this page.
Board meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of each month from September through June, at 6:30 pm, in the DeSales Library. All regular meetings are open to the public. There is a brief public comment period at the end of each meeting. Any individual who would like otherwise to address the board should contact the Chair in writing at least two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting. Unless necessary, as determined by the Board, the Board of Directors will not address the questions, comments, or addresses at the meeting.
